  A license to manufacture and sell phonograph records, CD’s, Cassette Tapes or any Mechanical device now know or developed to embed music/sound in an object that is able to reproduce music/sound  by mechanical means, And offered for sale, bought and paid for by the public.

If you are a licensee making less than 2,500 copies, we recommend you complete your licensing transaction through our online service Songfile. If you are making more than 10,000 copies, or are an affiliated publisher that wishes to notify us of an unlicensed recording, please use this form. If you are a licensee that does not have an account with HFA, also download and complete the next form, Application for New Licensing Account.
