LIVE PERFORMANCE LICENSE (CONCERT VENUE)   Licenses negotiated through either a performing rights society such as, ASCAP, BMI or SESAC for public performance of music at large venues, Concert halls, Stadiums, where size and capacity are taken into account.  Negotiations may also be pre-established, before a worldwide tour, to help establish the cost of the tour.
