Music or sound
synchronized with or to the action with in a film or as a
background to a film or motion picture requires a
SYNCHRONIZATION
LICENSE. This is usually a negotiated license fee established
by the music publisher and the film/motion picture company’s
attorneys, agents or the production company of the film/motion
picture. Fees and Royalties vary depending of the song, titles
and usage.
